Creativity and Your Craft is a webinar that explores Process Art through the eclectic lens of Witchcraft. Process Art is an art movement focused on outcomes that are less about the final product and more about the intrinsic benefits students gain through the experience of ‘the making.’ Process Art cultivates our creative, mental, and spiritual growth through use of inclusive methods and materials for all levels. Together we will explore the correlation between the Artist and the Witch. All levels of experience will gain an understanding of how process art and the creative process intersect with ritual, occult philosophy, and magickal practices. Students will learn to develop a spiritually informed artistic practice by creating art that descends into your inner-occult to translate the unseen: the spirit, the unconscious, the dreamworld, and the intangible shadowy and mysterious experiences of being human into visual form.

Materials Needed:

• A blank sketchbook
• An object from nature
• A pen or marker
