February brings stories of love, longing, and the rituals people turn to in matters of the heart. In this class, Kate explores the history and lore surrounding Valentine’s Day, including Lupercalia and other myths of the heart, as a starting point for your own magical practice.

Together, we’ll draw from these stories to explore rituals for cultivating self-love and opening the heart. You’ll consider ways to build a personal self-love practice, then take part in a closing ritual for connecting with that sense of openness and inspiration.
