Bibliomancy 101

Taught by Kate Belew, @k8belew

A familiar book can offer an unexpected answer when you approach its pages with a question. Bibliomancy uses written passages as a starting point for divination, inviting you to consider how words take on meaning through intuition and circumstance. In this class, Kate introduces the practice of seeking messages, insight, and guidance through books.

Together, we’ll explore how to pose a question, select a passage, and interpret what you find. You’ll learn to work with symbolism and personal meaning, developing an approach that brings your own intuition into conversation with the words on the page.

Includes:

• A 60-minute class recording

You’ll leave with:

• An understanding of bibliomancy as a divination practice

• A method for posing a question and selecting a passage

• Ways to interpret written messages through intuition, symbolism, and personal meaning

Bring a book, a pen, and something to write in, along with a question you’d like to explore.
